RETURNS

We offer return labels through our returns portal for all domestic Australian and US returns. For all other international orders, please see our international Returns section below.

We design each piece to feel considered, flattering, and made to be lived in. If it’s not quite right, bras may be returned for a store credit.

For hygiene reasons, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned unless deemed faulty in line with Australian Consumer Law - we kindly ask that these are selected with care.

Return Guidelines

  • Eligible items must be purchased at full price or with a discount of no more than 15%. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please take care to avoid marks, perfume, or stains (including fake tan), as items not meeting these standards will be sent back at the customers expense. 

  • For hygiene reasons, panties and bodysuits are not eligible for return.

  • Pieces purchased through sample sale are considered final sale, with any notes on fit or imperfections shared prior to purchase.

  • Gift wrapping and gift boxes are non-refundable.

  • All approved returns are issued as a store credit. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available for Australian customers who opt in at checkout.

  • Returns must be lodged within 20 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Items received outside this time frame will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Free Returns

For added peace of mind, we offer Free Returns as an optional add-on with Checkout+.

If selected, your return shipping label is covered - with no additional fees when sending your item back.

  • Available on orders shipped within Australia and the United States

  • This service is non-refundable and cannot be removed once purchased

  • Free Returns must be selected at checkout and cannot be added after your order is placed

  • If not selected, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

  • Exclusions apply - panties, bodysuits, sale items, and sample sale pieces remain final sale and are not eligible for return, regardless of coverage

Exchanges

For a more seamless fit experience, we offer exchanges via Checkout+.

If opted in at checkout, you’ll have the option to exchange your item for a different size through our returns portal, with your replacement shipped for a small fee of $3.

  • Available on orders shipped within Australia only

  • Exchange coverage must be selected at checkout and cannot be added later

  • If not selected, returns will be issued as store credit only

  • Exclusions apply - panties, bodysuits, sale items, and sample sale pieces are not eligible for exchange

Free Gifts

Free gifts must be returned if part or all of the original order is returned. Free gifts that aren't returned as part of the order will have their RRP deducted from the return store credit. Free gifts cannot be exchanged.

International returns:

Please submit your return through our returns portal and use a tracker courier of choice to send your items back for a store credit. 

Store Credit

Store credits will be processed as a gift card and sent to the same email used to place the order. Gift cards are processed in AUD and orders placed in any other currency will be converted accordingly to AUD. 

Parcels returned to sender

All parcels that are returned to sender by the postal carrier are automatically issued a store credit less the cost of postage (calculated on return). 


Faulty or incorrect item:

Please email hello@foreverandaday.com.au within 7 days of delivery so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return your item to us within 7 days from the date of shipment. For international orders, must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.

Please do not use any faulty items. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
