Deliveries are made using Australia Post with signature required.

Although we are happy to assist with recovery, Forever and a day does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order. We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at the check out. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcels will be issued a store credit less a $20 shipping fee which covers the cost of shipping to and from you.

International express shipments cannot be sent to a PO Box address. 

We are not responsible for taxes, duties or import charges. These are payable by the customer upon arrival at the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for import fees and taxes. Any international shipments returned due to sender refusing to pay relevant taxes will be issued a store credit less any associated return shipping costs.

Shipping to remote international locations may incur additional costs, our customer care team will be in touch if this applies to your order. Shipping to remote international locations may take longer than the designated timeframes above.

Physical Gift Cards are sent by tracked letter and have their own flat rate shipping charge. Please view rates at checkout.
