Free gifts

Free gifts are automatically available to select from at the checkout once checkout value is reached. Free gifts availability is subject to stock availability. If the selected free gift is out of stock, we will replace it with another available item. Swim sets sizing is selected based on the sizing in your order. If your selected size is unavailable, we will replace it with the size up or another colour. 

Shipping and returns 

This is our busiest sale period so please allow up to 5 business days to dispatch your order. Same day delivery is not available during this time.

Items are heavily discounted and all purchases made during our Black Friday sale are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Changes and cancellations to orders

Due to the volume of orders and to assist us with a timely dispatch, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once placed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please email the team at hello@foreverandadayintimates.com and we will do our best to help you redirect the parcel. We cannot guarantee redirections are successful as this is at the discretion of our shipping couriers. 

Discount codes

Discount codes will be temporarily disabled during our Black Friday sale. Black Friday price reductions are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified. If you have a unique active discount code (e.g. birthday code, welcome code) during our Black Friday period, please email customer service at hello@foreverandadayintimates.com to be issued a new code after our sale. 

Black Friday discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before our Black Friday period. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.
